A list of some of the most-commonly seen icons and abbreviations found within the system.

- Table of Contents tab found within the Item Details page

- Music and Video Data

private cart icon

- Designates a Private cart

Shared Cart icon

- Designates a Shared cart

primary cart header icon

- Primary Cart icon, found in the header of every page in the system when a Primary Cart has been created

- Primary Cart icon, found within the Carts Drawer

set cart as primary icon

- Set cart as Primary Cart, found within the Carts Drawer

- Active cart icon

- Inactive cart icon, found within the Carts Drawer

rename icon

- Edit cart or folder name within the Carts Drawer

delete icon

- Delete cart or folder within the Carts Drawer

- Duplicate C icon, indicates that the ISBN for the associated title resides in another cart

duplicate order icon

- Duplicate O icon, indicates that the ISBN for the associated title has been previously ordered

User-added image

- Duplicate S icon, indicates that the ISBN for the associated title is associated with an existing Standing Orders profile

primary cart indicator

- Indicates that the ISBN for the associated title currently resides in your Primary Cart

holdings icon

- Indicates that the ISBN for the associated title resides in your Holdings file

email icon

- Email the title

expanding icon

- Expand and collapse the Refine Your Search area on the Search Results page

transfer icon

- Cart has been transferred to another user; hover over the icon to view the User ID of the person who transferred the cart to you, as well as the date the cart was transferred

FTP icon

- Cart has been transmitted via FTP using One-Click MARC

grid icon

- Cart contains Grids

non-returnable icon

- Non-returnable item

includes other formats icon

- Includes Other Formats; the Primary and Included Format details can be found within the Detail tab on the Item Details page for the associated title
