Warranty
A VOX Book is a proprietary, pre-loaded sound player adhered to a hardcover
print book.
Library Ideas® offers a limited warranty on the two components.
The sound player is generally warrantied against defect or unplanned obsolescence
for 12 months. That is, should the player not operate or charge as expected, Library
Ideas® will offer a free equivalent replacement of the entire VOXTM Book within the
first 12 months after shipment to the customer. The warranty does not cover obvious
abuse to the device or things like weather, water or fire damage.
The hardcover book is warrantied to be in new condition upon arrival at the library.
The book is not warrantied against damage or wear and tear unless directly related to
a manufacturing or assembly defect.
